Superintendent Lawrence C. Blake, Sr. was appointed Senior Pastor of Palm Lane in 2023. His ambition is to treat everyone with respect and with the love of God, and his vision is simple: to do the Great Commission, inside the four walls of the church and far beyond them.

Seventy-six years of faithful witness.
Palm Lane began on the back porch of Pastor Harold Conedy’s home at 119th and Compton, with a pulpit, pews for over one hundred people and a choir stand. In 1954 the church moved to Central Avenue, where we still gather today.
